The GDPR
Under the GDPR, Sparkling One is designated as controller. That is why you can find in this privacy statement which (personal) data I process and what I do with this (personal) data.

Use of my services
When you purchase services from Sparkling One, I ask you to provide (personal) data. This data is stored in my customer system and used to deliver my services to you. Your personal information will only be used by Sparkling One.
Your personal data will be processed by me for entering into and executing agreements in respect of the Services. If you fill out the contact form on the website, or send an email to me, the data you send me will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your email is required for the complete answering and handling thereof.

I do not provide your personal data to third parties without your permission, unless I am obliged to do so on a legal basis or a court order, or if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement between you and Sparkling One.

The GDPR principles
I process personal data on the basis of the following principles:

Principle 1 – Consent
I request permission from you for the use of your personal data. I need this (personal) data for creating a file and issuing the quotation. In addition, I request permission from you for the processing of (personal) data by signing for the order confirmation and marketing purposes.

Principle 2 – Necessary for the execution of an agreement
I process personal data because this is necessary for the execution of the agreement concluded with you. The purpose of the agreement is not to process your personal data, but has a different purpose, namely to provide information and advice.
You have the possibility to view, change or delete your personal data at any time. I will come back to this below.

The retention periods
Sparkling One complies with the retention periods that are set for the processing of personal data. I keep your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the performance of the service, but no longer than 3 years after the completion of the relevant services.

The register of processing activities
Sparkling One has drawn up a register of processing activities.

The security measures
Sparkling One has taken various security measures to protect your personal data. For example, I use a secure computer and professional software.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

– Right of access;
– Right to rectification and supplementation;
– Right to oblivion;
– Right to limit processing;
– Right of objection

I have drawn up a procedure in case you request to exercise a right accruing to you. If you want to use one of the rights mentioned above, you can indicate this by sending an email to ling@sparkling.one. I will respond within no more than 14 days.
