Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing”, has been enjoyed by health enthusiasts and burnt-out office workers in Japan since the 1980’s.

The beauty of shinrin-yoku is its simplicity: there’s no training require and there are no rules to follow apart from taking in the forest through all your senses. The sounds of the forest, the scent of the trees, the sunlight playing through the leaves, the fresh clean air.
